リバプール最終日。
宿をチェックアウト、駅の窓口で大きい荷物を預ける。
まだ行けてない場所が数カ所。

マジカルミステリーツアーという有料の、観光客向けビートルズゆかりの地巡りツアーがあるのだけれど、なんとなくあのド派手なバスに乗って1人ではしゃいでる自分をイメージしたら笑えてしまったので、笑
自力で住所を調べて、1人で巡ってみる事にした。時間もあったしね。
バスと徒歩の組み合わせ。

ジョンがミミ伯母さんと暮らした家、

ポールが生まれ育った家。

ストロベリーフィールズ

ペニーレーン。

最後は港にあるビートルズストーリーという博物館で締め。

ハンブルグからロンドン、リバプール。
自分的ビートルズ聖地巡礼は今日でおしまい。
中学の時から夢に見続けた人達、場所。
心にしっかりと刻み込んだ。来れて本当に良かった。

というわけで移動。
今夜はなんと、夜行フェリー！
最高。リバプール発、アイルランドはベルファスト行き。
チェックインを済ませ今は搭乗待ち。ワクワク。

あ、そうだ。
リバプールの駅に荷物を預けてたんだけど、キャリーケースの南京錠が壊されてた。
盗まれたら困るものはあらかじめ別にしてあるからセーフだけど。
やっぱり気を引き締めなきゃだね。

じゃあ旅の最終章、行ってきます！

The last day in Liverpool.
Checked out the hotel, left my luggage at the station.
I got a couple of places I couldn’t go yet.

I knew there is a tour called ‘magical mystery tour’ which makes tour around the places associated with The Beatles for tourists.
But you know, I imagined if I was on the flashy, yellow bus, smiling and having fun alone..
It’s too funny.
So I decided to look for the places on my own.
Took some buses and on foot, made it!
John’s house, Paul’s house, strawberry fields and penny lane and The Beatles Story.

Hamburg, London and Liverpool.
My personal Beatles tour ended here.
The places and 4 guys I have been dreaming since I was junior high.
I’m happy to be here!

Ok, it’s time to move!
Tonight, I’m gonna take a night ferry to Belfast, Ireland.
The final chapter of my journey will begin!
