今日からのアイルランド旅行記、心強い仲間が加わります。
HEATWAVEの山口洋さんと合流。色々と2人で楽しめたらと思います。

山口さん、味噌汁とかお米とか、たくさん差し入れてくれました。涙
美味い。

レンタカーで男2人旅。
カントリーサイド大好きな2人はすぐにダブリンを出てどんどん都会から離れる。

彼のご友人の家にお世話になり、たくさんおもてなししていただきました。
料理研究家の方で、豚肉のアールグレイ煮、鮭の味噌ブッシュミルズ漬け、最高でした。
アイリッシュホスピタリティ、初日から堪能。素晴らしいです。
これを学びに来たとも言えるこの国。
次回は是非弘前でお待ちしております。

尚、訪れる場所は山口さんと自分にとって、とても大切な場所なので地名は伏せます 笑
アイルランドのどこかに滞在しております。

Long journey by a rental car in Ireland, by two men!
We both prefer countryside so escaped from big city, Dublin, headed to somewhere there’s his friend’s house.
From the first day, I experienced real Irish hospitality!!
That’s what I’ve really wanted to study again.
