さて、昨夜からサーブを始めたCOEDOの限定樽、狭山茶セゾン。
埼玉県入間市で丁寧に手摘みされた狭山茶、”やぶきた”種を贅沢に使用。
今年9月に行われたコエドビール祭り用に作られた商品だそうです。

今回は20リットル樽で5本ストックがあります。

柑橘系のホップ感のあとにやってくる爽やかな緑茶の香り。
個人的感想ですが、COEDO限定シリーズの最高傑作ではと思っております。

We’ve started serving COEDO limited keg, -Sayamacha saison- which made by tea in Saitama prefecture!

The green tea has picked carefully by hand and the beer has made for the COEDO BEER FESTIVAL held in September.We can feel the green tea flavor after the feeling of fruity hop taste and I think it’s the best limited product for me personally!
