PUB文化 | Robbin's Nest

2月最後の日曜日。
ふと自分の仕事の事やこれまでの事、これからの事、色々と想いを巡らせているうちに、お店開店当初に自らが書いた『PUBについて』の記述を読み返す機会がありました。

少し今とは変わった事もありますが、「変わる事」が結局のところ「変わらない事」でもあったりします。

まずは10年、そして100年。大げさかもしれませんが文化の定着にはそのくらいの視野をもって毎日を大切に過ごす事が必要かと思うのです。

初心忘るべからず。
今も毎日同じ気持ちで皆様をお待ちしております。

The last Sunday of Feb.
I’ve been thinking about my life and work, then had a chance to read an article I wrote again.
That is about PUB.

Been changing some things but it’s necessary for us to keep changing as well.

To keep being as good PUB in our town, need to get back to basics once in a while.

We are open and waiting for you all as usual with completely as same feeling as I started this place.
