南国タイでヴァケイション中のカズ君から、なんとも羨ましい写真が届いております。笑

定休日無し、365日オープンにこだわるRobbin’s Nest。

カズ君をはじめ、普段から献身的に動いてくれるスタッフの皆には感謝の気持ちしかありません。

その代わりと言ってはなんですが、僕もカズ君も1年に1度、かならず1ヶ月のまとまった休みをとって、国外を訪れることにしています。

価値観の多様性を学び、柔軟そしてクリエイティブでいるために。

そしてなんと言っても飲み歩き。(これも仕事と言わせてください)

2019年、カズ君のスケジュールは、

7月　タイ

8月　韓国

11月　アイルランド

です。笑

個人的な意見ですが、カズ君には20代のうちは借金をしてでも日本を飛び出して経験を積んで欲しいと思っています。

旅は人を成長させるもの。いい刺激をたくさん受けて、またRobbin’s Nestに還元してくれたらそんなに素敵なことはありません。

Our pub is open 365 days without any day off and we are working hard in everyday life!

This case is a bit rare in Japan but for that reason, we take a month vacation and visit abroad every year to study different values and cultures, to be creative, flexible. (and of course PUB hopping..)

It’s my personal opinion but a necessary thing for people in twenties is to go abroad and gain many experiences even though if you need to run into debt!

Travel is a great thing to grow up! And it’s really nice if coming back and contribute back to the nest!
