本日はカズ君と待ち合わせしてランチ。

夏を乗り切るための辛さを身体が欲していました。美味しかったです。ありがとう。

Robbin’s Nest。カズ君はじめ、素晴らしいスタッフに囲まれて僕は本当に幸せ者です。

今の時代に飲食店を継続していくこと。僕らだけじゃなく、きっと街中の全てのお店が想像の10倍は大変なんじゃないかな、と感じています。それでもきっとやることって変わらなくて、いい準備をして皆様が楽しめる場所を作るためにベストを尽くすのみ。アップダウンはあってもね。

そのために。スタッフみんなの元気、やる気、モチベーションにどれだけ助けられていることか。

まだまだこれからも止まらずに突っ走りたいと思ってます。

Today I met up with Kazu for lunch.

Our body wanted spicy food to get through the summer. It was awesome!

Robbin’s Nest, I’m really lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful staff, including Kazu.

To continue to run restaurants, Izakayas, PUBs these days. I feel that it’s not just us, but probably 10 times harder than I imagined for all in the city. Even so, I am sure that what we have to do is the same, we just have to do our best to make good preparations and create a place that everyone can enjoy. Even if there are ups and downs.

For that reason. I can’t tell you how much I am helped by the energy, and motivation of all the staff.

I still want to keep going forward without stopping.

There’s a lot going on in the world and in your life, but please stay with us as always!
