Robbin’s Nestで圧倒的人気を誇るアイルランドのクラフトジン、ディングル。
そもそもはウイスキーの樽熟成を待つ間に作られたジン。
2018年に彼の地のPUBでたまたま飲んだのがメニュー化のキッカケでした。
(見学に行ったディングル蒸留所はウイスキーコンペのためお休みでしたが。。)

ということであんまり数が入ってこないウイスキーをようやく入荷。

Dingle is the popular Irish craft gin at Robbin’s Nest.
The gin was originally made while waiting for whisky to mature in casks.
I had an opportunity to try it by chance at a local PUB in 2018, which was the first time I thought it’s good for our regular menu.

(The Dingle distillery I visited was closed for a whisky competition then…)

So we finally got a whisky in stock that doesn’t come in very large numbers.
This is a great chance for all Dingle Gin fans to get a taste of it.
